The Caesar, Texas Bibb, and Chopped pair nicely with anything you’ll order. I haven’t tried all the Salads, but I’ve come close. They’ve turned this modern Italian favorite but made it all their own adding goat cheese, mushrooms, and pinon nuts with diced tomatoes and garlic and on a toasted crostini. If you plan to make a full meal out of your night out, definitely start off with the Bruschetta. My personal favorites are Proscutto & Parm, Light ‘n Crispy, and the North Beach Pie - Fennel Salami, pepperoncinis, smoked mozzerella topped with diced tomatoes. I’m definitely a picky eater, but if I can move past my standard plan ‘ol pepperoni, so can you! If you’re nice, they will allow you to customize their pies by removing or adding toppings however, I highly recommend you trust the chef and order as is. Fireside Pies has 11 different signature pies that they offer on their menu.
